To integrate Google Spreadsheet with your form please refer to this simple guide - How-to-Integrate-Form-with-Google-Spreadsheet.
If what you need to integrate is Google Docs, unfortunately we do not have Docs integration.
You could integrate Google Drive to get something similar to what you might want to have with Docs. Each submission will be saved as a PDF file in your Drive account along with uploaded files if any.
