Hi I've run into an issue with our client where people who originally signed up for a recurring charge in Authorize.net, need to be able to update their credit card. Is there any way to do that so it can match the original order created by JotForm and then allow them to update the CC?
Also, I had sent another support question about changes Authorize.net is making and I never heard back. I need to be able to assure my client that the order form won't break due to changes they make to their API etc.

Unfortunately, there is no way to edit the submission from JotForm since the payment field shall be disabled to change the options/payment information while editing the submission.
Since JotForm forwards the submission to Authorize.Net and doesn't hold any payment information except for payer info and address, I believe the credit card should be updated from the Authorize.Net dashboard itself. You should be able to find the subscription created in the Authorize.Net, and the renewals will be triggered by the payment gateway itself.
