Can the filled out forms go to more than one email?

MY boss and I both need to see the forms when someone fills them out; is this possible?  We are new to this service and so far I like it, this is the only caveat.

Do you mean you want to receive the Notification Email of your form for multiple recipients? You can send the form's notification email to multiple recipient just by adding the emails on the Recipient Emails setting.
