Is it possible to populate hidden text fields with the Parent/Child values from a dynamic dropdown widget?

    Hello,

I have a dynamic drop down in my form which let me pick an office and then shows only reps who work in this office.  The people filling the form out need to only see the sales reps active at the selected office so this is an ideal solution for my purposes.  I would like to populate hidden text fields (Parent = Sales Office, and Child = Sales Rep or each blank if Parent = Other) so that I can send these values to Webmerge to populate a submission form.  As it stands right now they send as a concatenated string instead of individual values and even with a separator I can't get them to split for some reason.  Is it possible to call the Parent into one field, and the child into another field or leave both fields blank if the Parent is "Other"?

    Thanks!

As per further checking, it is not possible to get the separate values for the Dynamic Drop down widget field. As a workaround to achieve what you need is to manually create the drop down using regular drop down field and conditions. You can check this sample form: https://form.jotform.com/61170769078968.

Thank you for the response!  I was able to find a widget that did something similar to what I wanted, and then change the lookup functionality in our other system to compensate.  So far I am a big fan of Jotform :-)  Thanks for a great produt!
