I created a form which works fine on my desktop and laptop when filled in but when I use it on my Surface RT and I click "submit" nothing happens.
I was going to use it at a trade show this weekend and have spent hours on it and no luck. Any help would be appreciated!

The browser being used is more of the factor than the device being used when it comes to the online form. So I think the browser you used on your MS Surface device have more bearing to the issue on the form.
Can you please tell us which browser was used when you encounter the problem?
Since its a microsoft device, I can assume for now that its more likely to be the IE browser or the latest Edge browser.
I made a test using your form https://www.jotform.ca/form/61168264068257 on the latest Edge browser, and so far the results were positive. The form submitted just fine and I see it redirect to your website afterwards

Can you also check if there was any error you see when you submit your form?
We will check on this further once we understand more about the problem.
