I see the paid accounts can have a team of sub-users.Asked by A_Poz on April 27, 2016 at 12:29 AM
I see the paid accounts can have a team of sub-users. Is there a way to assign submissions to certain sub-users for review? This is mainly to avoid two team members acting on the same submission.
This is a re-post of a comment on How to View Form Submissions
If you want to share your forms and let your users review your submissions it is possible with JotForm. You can also determine who can view the submissions for certain form. A sub-user has it’s own Jotform account. You can give permission to see selected forms on your account. The sub-account will only have access to these forms.
The main account can’t access the sub-users account. However, if the forms are created in the shared folder, which belong the main account both of them can access them.
