not receiving recipient emails

    We are sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. Your email addresses are NOT in our bounce list.

    Could you please check your spam, trash, and bulk folders? If you find them there, please mark them as not spam in order to not go into the folder anymore.

    Lastly, you are currently using a custom sender email address through verification method. If this is not working to some of your forms, I would suggest using our SMTP method(s):
