What's the best way to share multiple forms and keep them accessible?

Hi, 

What's the best way I can share a "list" of forms with my team to keep them all in one place on their phone?  So for example, I have 3 forms that I want my team to have very easy access to on their phone which they will use on a regular basis.

Do you want them to view the submissions of the said forms? You can add your team members as your sub-account user.

But our whole website is not yet optimized for mobile devices so they will have to access the submissions using their PC.

If you just want to share the forms for them to fill, you can suggest them to save it as a link to their device, shortcut. You can use this widget to add an icon: https://widgets.jotform.com/widget/add_to_home_screen.
