No form found under myforms page after the browser frozeAsked by TheBigDraw on April 27, 2016 at 09:42 AM
I was working with a form which had 137 submissions at last count, when the page froze. I instructed Google Chrome to 'kill' the page, and then when I logged back in, all of my forms were gone. Under 'My Forms' it displays the message 'you do not have any folders.'
However, when I go to 'My Account' in the top right, it shops that 137 of my 1000 spaces has been used. Please help me, I need all of this data back!
I took a look at your account and I see that one of the forms is in the Archive folder:
This will show you the the form http://www.jotformeu.com/form/60342886669368
I do suggest checking the trash folder as well to restore the other form - the one with 137 submissions.
Of course if you happen to have any issues, please do let us know and we can move them for you to your myforms section.
