How to update payment method?

    I received an email from mailer@fastspring.com and I was asked to update payment info.

    I checked your account username h5lars, but it is in Free account. However, I see that you are a sub user of h5johan, which is in "Premium" plan.

    If that's the correct account, then yes, I see that the Premium monthly subscription plan for that account is processed in FastSpring, which is a 3rd party payment processor. If you need to update the payment method used in that subscription, you can follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/330-How-to-Update-My-Subscription-s-Payment-Method
