Layout issues with multiple fields on the same line

Hi in the lower part of my form in the about you section, you can see that date of birth, national insurance number are next to each other as is the marital staust and the health boxes, but when UI go to preview they are not. The marital status drops down and the are you in good health also moves. Please advise why this is moving and what I need to do to ensure that the preview mode is the same as when in the build mode.

It looks like that there is something wrong with the positioning of the Date of birth field. Please apply a 'Move to a new line' option to that field and re-save the form. It should fix the layout issue.
