    Draw on Image widget and HTTPS protocol: makes the form not to submit, it stays on "Please wait".

    Hi there,

     

    I have look at 7 different responses on your FAQ about errors on the form when indeed all the fields are filled correctly.

    Can you please run a diagnostic?

    I had a feeling the drawing on the form was the culprit so I removed the "required" component.

    Now I dont get the error message but I get "please wait" submit button and no result.

    You are correct, I just tested your form, and it stayed on "Please wait":

    It looks like there is an issue with the Draw on Image widget and the HTTPS protocol, this is the error given:

    I will report this error to our second level, meanwhile, use your form with non-secure protocol(HTTP): http://form.jotform.com/61168140352246 

    You will be notified via this thread about any updates on this matter.

    Hello, 

    Please change all the image URLs to begin with https://

    This is because insecure images (http) are causing errors that will prevent your form from submitting if you submit the form via a secure link. 

    If you'd like, we can update all the images for you. 

    Let us know.

    We've found out that squarespace (where you've hosted your images), does not allow us to fetch the image size - this prevents the widget from working normally. 

    To fix that, please host your images on a public host, or instance https://cloudinary.com, https://imgsafe.org/ among others. 

    If you need help doing that, please let us know and we'll help you upload the images to your JotForm account.

    Great, I've uploaded the image right away and it worked!  However, the image is too big and not responsive. I was hoping for the highest possible resolution.  Should we change the size of the image or change the CSS in Jotform?

    I have attached a 520px wide image in case you need it.
