Received a reach limit notice. I will upgrade but wondering how to manage incomplete forms? Was the user notified or is this just on my end? Thanks, Aleesha

Please do note Aleesha that we are not actually processing the payments. The details are passed over to payment processors that do the payment processing.
If you have any incomplete payments in your submissions panel it means that they made the submission on your form, but we did not get a notification from the payment processor that the payments were actually made.
This could mean that the payment was never actually made, but also that the payment was made, just without notification sent over.
To rectify this you can complete the payments yourself manually if you know that they were actually made.Please check this guide to see more: How to View Incomplete Payments
