Is there a way to add pre-populate the form with a persons name and other information?

Hello,

We would like to be able to trigger a form to be sent to our guest after they book with us. We would like the form pre-populated with information such as their name and the city they are going to and reservation number. Is there any integration you can think of that could do that?

You can use our custom URL and prepopulate fields option. You can find the full guide on this link.

Following that guide, you can create custom URLs that you can provide to your customers, so when they click that link, form will be prepopulated.
