Our forms are disabled

    I took a look at your account and I see that your forms are both disabled and your account suspended.

    The reason is that you are asking for password on your form. This is not allowed per our terms of use.

    Since your forms do not seem to have been built to capture such data for illegal activity I have re-activated your account, but removed the same from your form.

    Please do note however that if you add the password field back to the form it would lead to your account being suspended again.
