How can I have a non-generic (New submission: Registration Form) email response sent to my email?

    How can I have a non-generic (New submission: Registration Form) email response sent to my email?

     

    We have two forms currently running, and it is hard to tell which response is coming from each form. Can the Title of the Form appear in the 'Subject Line'?

    When you create the email notification, the form title is included in the subject line, if it's not there, simply added it manually from "Form Fields" drop down:
