As for the form that was deleted, I can see one form in your account is that the one that was deleted? or there's another one?

Is this what you're looking for? http://www.jotformeu.com/form/20671618134349 it's in your account. If you can't view this form, please relogin your account, go to your my forms page and click on Main button to view all your forms.
Also, just be sure that you've click the save button after creating your form fields. Sometimes it takes a little time before the form will be saved depending on how huge your form is.

Yes thank you, in fact i created a new account and a new form.
I also want to know how can i program theanswersso that they will be
into excel documentand notby e-mail alerts.
All my data will be save into my account and then i can upload them ? How ?
