We are receiving the "Form Over Quota" message for all of our online forms. It looks like we have only reached our limit of payments submissions (10 out of 10), not our submission limits- please advise.

Your forms will be disabled when a limit is reached(whichever is reached first). You will need to wait until the counters resets on the first of the following month, or upgrade to a paid plan that best suits your needs: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
