How do you create a conditional form?

Asked by nevill on April 27, 2016 at 06:10 PM

On the form provided if they select I do not agree button I would like to send them to an error page when clicking submit rather than sending them to the next page as if they were to agree. how do I make that happen?

I understand that you want to display an error page when the user is selecting Do not agree. You may setup the condition to display a message when the option is selected as shown below:

I've chosen to hide the Submit button also to restrict the user to submit the form without choosing Agree option.

Please check the demo form below to see how it works.
