I added some fields to a form, but when the form is submitted, those fields or data inputted to them were not in the email. How can I get them included?

It seems you've accommodated your email notification. When I've checked it I am able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having.
There are missing fields on your notification. To solve that issue quickly, you can create a new notification and accommodate your notification again.
