Each account has an API limit, this is the number of API calls that your account can call. The API limit is used in some of your widgets and app integrations.

JotForm previously does not inform users when they reach the API limit, it just silently stops. But a recent update allows our system to send users an email whenever they are in the limit. Do not worry, the limit resets daily midnight (EST).

Here are the limits per account:

    Free: 1000

    Bronze: 10,000

    Silver: 50,000

    Gold: 100,000

    Platinum: 1,000,000

You can find the app integrations using the API and the API key under the Account->API section.

If your apps or your API key is actively being used, then that explains why you are reaching your limit, submissions does not exactly translate to the usage of your API call. You can check the app integrations and see if there's a heavy usage of API calls.

I checked your account and it seems like the API limit has already reset.

Do let us know if you need more information on this.
