Email Notification/Autoresponder: Request to have an option to Pause/Disable email notification/autoresponder instead of deleting it to stop receiving

The ability to PAUSE or DISABLE email notifications rather than deleting in order stop notifications would be a great feature.

Kind of like how we can DISABLE a condition, so we don't lose it and can use it later.

I have several custom email notifications set up and don't necessarily need to use them all at once, but I want to keep them around for when the need arrises.
