Can I save my forms as a pdf, print and use 'manually' or 'offline'?Asked by Belle Baker on April 28, 2016 at 03:16 AM
Hi - I need to develop a whole range of forms to be used in our Integrated Management System (Accreditation). These forms include Plant Risk Assessments, Incident Reporting / Reviewing, Employee Induction and training / authorisation / agreements.
Some forms may be completed online, however in many cases given the nature of our business, this simply isn't possible.
Before I invest my time (and subsequent money!), can you please let me know if forms produced via Jotform can easily be saved as pdf's, downloaded to our network and printed for distribution as needed.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Warmest regards - Belle
You can do that by creating a PDF form of your forms.
That will create a fill-able PDF form that you can print or send via email.
You can do that by following this step by step guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/212-How-to-Create-a-PDF-Form
Hope that helps, please let us know if this can do what you wish.
