All my forms are disabled. Why?!!
It looks normal after a while it doenst work!

Your account was autosuspended because of our anti phishing system and that's because you had 'password' fields on your form which is not allowed with JotForm.
I removed those fields from all your forms and reactivated your account. Please do not put them on your form or you will be autosuspended again.
