Rolling contracts?

I am interested in purchasing jotform silver. Before i do so i wanted to ask if there is a rolling feature where any used views or data is rolled over to the next month?

We are glad to hear that you're interested in upgrading your plan. I am sorry to say that, we are not transferring to next month that you didn't use on the current month. As a silver user, you have 10,000 submissions limit and 100,000 Monthly Form Views  limit per month. It will reset at 01/05/2016. The counter is reset once at the beginning of each month. Once you reach the monthly submissions limit, you don't receive more submissions until next month.
