Where can I make a automatic mailreply to sender ?

People have to fill in a existing form to subscribe for a activity.

I just want to confirm their subscription by mail.

To do that you should simply add email autoresponder to your form by going to Emails in the form builder toolbar. You can see all of the steps explained here:

If you add email field to your form it should create your form email autoresponder for yourself automatically as well, if not, the guide above will show you all the required steps.

If you are not familiar with the default account language, you can change it to any language you feel comfortable with from account setting.
