Is it possible to validate the date in configurable list?

Is it possible to validate a 'date field' in a configurable list to prevent the date entered being less than today's date 

Unfortunately no. Configurable list is very complex widget and as such it is not possible to interface it with conditions in such way.

The only way to achieve that would be to use plain form fields instead of the configurable list widget.
