Can't recall my login password. I ask for the reset instructions to be emailed to me, but I haven't received it.

I checked our database using your email address (email@example.com) and I didn't find any JotForm account. It is only associated to a 2 guest accounts.
You don't have a registered JotForm account which is why the password reset will not work for you. Please sign up for a JotForm account so that you can manage your account properly.
Once you signed up and the form didn't automatically transfer then let us know so that we can manually move it.
