    Hello abithas,

    Unfortunately no. Please be noted that most of the latest email clients are very limited in supporting HTML elements & Scripts in email. Even if you use your form's source code in your email, most probably your form will not be displayed correctly in user's email client.

    The best option is to share your form's direct URL in your email. Please check the screenshot below on how to grab your form's direct URL:
