How can I download a webform to my pc?

I just want to create a one time webform and downloaded to my computer. How canI do this, and how much would I pay for that?

We have a free plan which allows you to create unlimited forms. However, please note that form submission process is handled by our servers, the free account is limited to 100 form entries per month.

You can download a form source code, however, the form action path will be pointed to our server. It means that the data will be processed by our servers, unless you have your own system/script to handle it.
