Form fields are not aligned properly in Google Chrome and Internet Explorer

    I am also having problem with fields displayed differently in different
    browsers, in Safari they have the same lengths, but shorter of longer in IE
    or Chrome. Is there a way to make sure these fields look the same in all
    cases?
    Thanks again.

    In order to align the form fields, please try inserting this CSS codes:

    #input_11 {
    width: 369px !important;
    }

    #input_12 {
    width: 369px !important;
    }

    #input_10 {
    width: 369px !important;
    }

    Here's a guide on how to inject custom CSS to your form. This is the result:

    Hope that works. If you need further help, let us know. Thank you.
