Can I edit your forms in the templates?

I like some forms in the templates, but wish to edit them to my needs, but it seems no editing was allowed?

For example, in the attached form, I can't change the company name, nor the product names, but the format is what I like. Your advice pls.

You can edit the forms that you create based on the templates / from the templates, but you can not edit the templates themselves unless you have created the same.

Now I have done the same, and cloned your form, but it seems to work for me allowing me to do all changes to the form.

I was however not able to see company name anywhere, so please do let us know where you see the same and we would be happy to assist with the same.

Thanks Ben for your prompt response. Tried and can edit the form now. Really appreciate your advice. One more query, how can I change the images in the Order Options ? Seems I have to put in the image URL instead of uploading from my computer?
