Is there an easy way to auto resize the form for viewing with a mobileAsked by dcavalli on April 28, 2016 at 12:51 PM
Is there an easy way to auto resize the form for viewing with a mobile phone? I find the view is great through a PC, but get's cut off when viewing with a mobile phone. I am currently using a form within a Google site.
This is a re-post of a comment on Adding a form to Google Sites
To enable mobile responsiveness on your form, please take a look at the following guide:
After the above change, your form will of itself automatically resize to fit mobile screens. However, when the form is embedded on a website, you should also make sure that your website itself is mobile responsive.
When a mobile responsive form is embedded on a non-mobile responsive website, the website itself could be preventing the form from behaving in a responsive way.
If you experience any issues after enabling mobile responsiveness on your form, please let us know a link to the page where the form is embedded, and we will be happy to take a closer look. Thank you.
Thank you for quick response.
I followed your instructions but I am unable to Save Changes.
I am using Google Chrome.
Are you still having issues with saving your form? If the issue still persists, please provide us with a form name/link in questions.
I figured out the issue with saving, but I am still have an issue with the form being mobile responsive on my Google site.
The form width looks good on the mobile version, but it seems there is an issue with the form container height.
I think that Google Embed Gadget does not support % height, so please increase the Gadget height parameter in pixels. Thank you.
