Form over quota

    I was over quota for the month but I just upgraded. How long does it take for my forms to be operational again and stop saying "Form over quota"?

    Upgrades are immediate, however, the forms that are over limit are shared with you from another account.

    The account that shared the forms with you is "grantmdavis".  This account would need to be upgraded further in order to restore your forms.

    If you would like, we can refund the subscription payment for your current account, since there are not currently any forms in your account that it would apply to.

    Is it possible to have those forms transerred to my account?

     

    That person no longer works at our company.

    It is possible to transfer them, however, it would require their authorization to move them.  The email address to reset the password seems like it would be yours though "dparker@eqr.com".  I sent the reset email for that account to that address.  If you wouldn't mind logging in to that account and making the request, we will be happy to move the forms.  We can also refund your subscription for this account if you would like to upgrade the other one.

    Thanks I just logged into that account and made the request to switch them over.

     

    I'd rather have them on this account. If I can do that I don't need to have this account reimbursed.

    Very welcome.  We will move the forms as soon as we get to the thread with your request.  It should not be long.  I reactivated the forms in the mean time and they should be available once again.
