    I checked our email logs for the address in your notifications and indeed, the emails were failing to be delivered.  It looks like for a period of time your address was either unreachable or rejecting our emails as spam.  This resulted in your address being placed on our bounce list to prevent further rejected emails. 

    I removed your address from the list and the emails should attempt to send once again.  Make sure your address available to accept emails and is not blocking our services:

    Which address is not receiving the notifications and which form are you currently having trouble with?  I checked our bounce list for the other addresses in your forms and did not find any others that should be having trouble.

    Check the spam/junkmail folders for the addresses that missing emails.  As far as I can tell, only "billy@vacationsondeck.com" should have been missing any notifications.  According to our logs, the rest of the addresses should have been receiving them.

    As of very recently, we are experiencing some issue with email notifications overall.  They do not appear to be sending at the moment.  My apologies, we will let you know as soon as they are sending once again.  I believe this is unrelated to your original issue, however, it is preventing me from testing your form.

    nothing in the spam/junk folders. 

    it was working properly this morning and the all of a sudden we stopped receiving both forms to all all of the email addresses.

    Apologies for the inconvenience. There seems to be a problem with the email alerts as of the moment. I have forwarded this problem to our developers to have it checked and fixed.
