I would like to be able to use the specific coordinates of the location of the sender using a smartphone to identify the location and have it displayed as coordinates and on a map when the form is submitted, is this possible?

I think adding GPS data in to JotForm form is not yet possible, but I think its one of the list that our developers working on. Don't worry, If we already have that Tool that can add GPS data we will update you.

This is my first post, and decided to adquire a paid plan, but for the design process I would like to set minimum and maximum XY (Lat/Lon) values, so we reduce errors in gps position data. How is this possible?

Unfortunately we still have not implemented an exact feature to meet that demand but I would be more then happy to open up this as a feature request if you like.
As an alternative workaround for the time being you could feature a Larger Map link setup at the bottom of your map on your form to display this which will show the co-ordinates when enlarged. Please see this thread for more details provided by one of my colleagues - http://www.jotform.com/answers/164275-Geolocation-embedding-for-E-mail-notification.
