I have an intake paperwork form that has 2 text areas followed by signatures. Those text areas are viewed when filling out the form but disappear on the completed form. I need them to show up on the completed form. Can you help?

Assuming you are referring to the two paragraphs block before the signatures at the bottom of your form, they can be made visible from submissions page by enabling Show Headers and Texts.
If you want the texts in the notification you can copy and paste them in the email from Emails setting.
