Hi,

Purchase Order payment method is available on the pricing page. 

Here's how:

1. Go to the pricing page https://www.jotform.com/pricing

2. Select the plan you want and click the upgrade button

3. A window should appear, click on the 3rd payment option which has the purchase order, then the plan you want on the left side.

There is a minimum amount required for purchase order payment that's why it is only available on yearly and 2-year plans.
