Form notification reply-to field matches our email address instead of customers email

    All of the sudden, my contact form comes to me from the person submitted to my email address AND from my email address, instead of coming from the customers email address.  


    The problem is when I reply to the form submission, it replies back to MY email instead of the customers email.  This is a big headache.  


    We did not change the settings in any way.  This just started happening.

    I checked your form but I did not find an Autoresponder E-mail setup on the form.


    User guide: Creating-a-Form-Autoresponder

    There should be an autoresponder present for comfirmation email to work for the form submitter.

    I cannot see that there was an Autoresponder before on your form. Was there one before?

    Creating a new one should fix the problem.

    I took a look at your form to see the reply-to setup and I see that it is not set up at this time. To change that and allow you to use the reply and get in contact with your customers, you should go into the email notification and then set the reply-to option to grab the value from the "Your email" field.

    Once you set it up like that it should work just the way you want it.
