after building my form I added the Payment information from the Payment Fields, Paypal Wizard

What is the submit button for?

Hello Carl,

The submit button is for submitting the form. You don't need the Paypal payment button because the submit button (that is in your form now) is designed to submit regular forms or forms with payment integration. 

Example, when you submit your form and if it contains PayPal field, your form will redirect to Paypal's checkout page.

If you want your submit button to look like a Paypal button, just add your Paypal button image on the submit button properties under Button Image.
