Would you mind elaborating your question? If you can include the form in question, it would be better.

    We'll await your reply.

I'm in NJ. Got two submissions from Kansas at 10:05pm without pay. Just want to make sure my form and someone else's didn't cross paths. Please look into that. Thx.

I found submissions only in one of your forms http://www.jotform.us/form/61178073023146, but they do not seem to be duplicated.

I would suggest you to set up Incomplete Payment Notification, doing this you will know if there is a submission without payment: https://www.jotform.com/help/273-How-to-setup-Incomplete-Payment-Notification-E-mail

If there are duplicated submissions then you should receive only one email and register two submissions in your submissions page for your form, if you receive two notifications then it means that your form has been submitted twice indeed.

I would suggest you to set up Instant Payment Notification on your PayPal account as well: https://www.jotform.com/help/276-How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal

If this still continues, please provide us the link or name to your form, we will be glad to help you.

Also why is it when I get a submission my email says summer registration 3-5 grade and not TAG registration

This is because summer registration 3-5 is what you set as the email subject in your notification not TAG registration.

If you want TAG registration to appear instead, you should add in the email subject - Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
