Was there problems with jotform sending out e-mail notifications 9am-12pm Pacific Time Nov28?

I had around 10 jotform orders submitted using Jotform, which is sitting on my website.  Once an order is entered and submitted, I immediately receive an e-mail with the information.  My customer said they sent me 8-10 orders, but I did not receive any orders by e-mail.  When I looked on the jotform website in my profile, under that specific form, I noticed the missing orders.  Then around 11:30am, I received a mass of orders, in other words a 2 hour delay.

Is there something that caused this?

I noticed your jotform app, which I now downloaded to my phone.  Question is that will this protect me by getting jotform notices to the app so I have information by email and now on the app?

Thank you for contacting us and we are sorry for the inconvenience this may caused you. You're right. There was a problem with email alerts yesterday. It might me relates to the emails being queued in our server recently. They were already released from our server.  However, our developers fixed that issue. I've also checked the bounce list and your email address which is richardvisser1@gmail.com is not in our bounce list.
