JotForm to blog visitors to subscribe to the feed

I have RSS feed with FeedBurner in my blog. But not like the original form of FeedBurner. I would like to create a form in JotForm to blog visitors to subscribe to the feed. It is possible? How do I do that? I already have the form set as pop -up on the blog, but do not know how to connect it to FeedBurner for the visitor to sign up to receive updates by email . Can you help me?

Unfortunately there is no current integration with feedburner on jotform. Here's a list of existing integrations that we have which you might be able to use for your requirement.

These integrations are also used to collect email from joform submissions. Unfortunately, their features are not exactly the same as feedburner.
