    We are unable to access uploaded files

    All the files uploaded to me are showing broken links and cant download any. On the occasional email notification there is a link to the file and I can download from this so the files are there, just cant download them from Jotform. The annoying thing is very few email notifications I get have the link to the file . Most notifications I get do not have any link. So files customers have uploaded to jotform I cant get. It all worked ok yesterday.

    Yes it works now thank you.

    Still concerned that most of the files uploaded don't show up on the confirmation emails. It seems random as sometimes they are there but mostly don't show.

    This is the reason that I don't have this form sending the confirmation of file upload to the customer as they think nothing has uploaded as it shows no filename on the report.

    Thank you for letting us know. When I've checked your email logs I am able to reproduce the same issue that you’re having. I am not able to see your uploaded files on your notification.

    However, I am able to see the uploaded files on your submissions page.

    To solve that issue, can you try to remove your current notification and add it again?

    If this does not resolve the issue, please let us know and we will be glad to take another look.

    Deleted the email notifications and created another and this now seems to be resolved. the last 4 submissions all have the file in the email notifications. Thank you :)

    Sorry to reopen this but I'm finding that if I select say 3 files, only two are uploading. I just tried with 6 files and it only shows 4 files have uploaded.

    If I go back to my site and try to upload the 3 files again, it then shows 4 in the list and the last one it says is a copy of one of the files.

    Any ideas please?

    I have just tested your form and uploaded various files. Each time I submitted the form, all the links of the upload files were send.

    I also reviewed the submission page. There was no missing files in the form.
