Move forms from multiple free accounts

I have a paid account and would like to move forms from all of the free accounts that I have for clients into this one paid account. There are 10 or 12 accounts. Is there an easy way to do this or do i have to go to each account and send a request with each form#?

Unfortunately, you need to logged in to each account and open a thread for each username. The reason is that we need to associate the forum thread to the username for security purposes. So the request must be from the form owner or the username to which the forms belong.
