I have the same issue where it is not downloading more than the first 20 submissions of the 45 that are there. It is giving the same message as the first post above.
I use Chrome, cleared my cache and the jot form cache as well although this hasn't helped at all.
I am using the download PDF function that is located in the lower half of the screen ( next to Excel/CSV) download area.

Based on the number of submissions I presume that this is happening on the following form: http://www.jotformpro.com/form/60068083046957
I have checked the same (using my FireFox) and I had no issues downloading the same. You can see the screenshot:
Please do try again, and if you have any further issues downloading them, do let us know.
As you can see it was a downloaded in 3 different files (20 for one, 20-40 for the second and 5 in the third).

thanks for your reply. I have tried on another PC and it all downloaded as it should so it must be isolated to my regular PC. I had cleared the cache and everything on my usual PC but it may need me to re-boot the PC to get it to work on this one. I think this will be the answer.

On behalf of my colleague Ben, you are most welcome. You are correct that clearing the cache should resolve the issue with not being able to download the submission. However, if you do encounter the issue on your pc again, do let us know so we can further investigate it.
