Up until a few days ago I was getting notifications of new submissions of new forms submitted, I have tried sending test e mails and they are not going through either.

I took a look at your email address associated with your account and I see that it is in the bounce list.
Based on the reason:
smtp;550 5.1.1 - 220.127.116.11 has sent to too many recipients this hour. IB607
I believe that your emails are coming through GoDaddy. Regardless if so or not, the issue seems to be caused by too many emails being sent from our servers to your email server, causing them to be rejected (from your email server).
I have removed it from the bounce list, so you should be getting the same from now on. Do of course let us know if by some chance you do not.

I use Godaddy as well, and I just stopped getting notification of form submissions too!

@TumblingLeaves I see that your email was in the bounce list for the same reason. As such I have removed it from the same and you should now get your emails.
This is most likely related to the issue that happened yesterday on 28th of April 2016.
What happened is that emails got stalled and to send all emails, the emails got flushed (quite a lot within that one hour).
If someone found this thread due to the same and have stopped getting emails at that time the cause is most likely the same and you can resolve it by removing the email from the bounce list.
