Unable to access JotForm account

    I got logged out of my account and cannot get back in. Login button doesn't seem to do anything. I tried to reset my password, but no email came through. Wasn't in my spam, either.

    There are 2 registered accounts associated with your email address. 

    martinengineering - Bronze plan
    nathanc_martin - Free plan 

    Both accounts are currently active. I was able to open the forms as well.

    Please make sure you are logged out from JotForm before logging in to a new one. Here's the login page: https://www.jotform.com/login. Also, make sure that you are only logged in to 1 account in 1 browser.

    If the issue persist, please try using another browser just to check if it will work or not. Let me clear your form cache so that your forms will be refreshed from our servers.

    Is there a way I can make the free plan go away, but move the forms over to the Bronze plan?

    We can help you in transferring the forms and delete that account. However, you need to open a thread while you are logged in to the account (nathanc_martin). The reason is that we need to associate the forum thread to the username for security purposes.

    Please log out on the paid account first and then log in using the free account. Please go to the forum and open a thread requesting for the account deletion and form transfer. In the request, please provide the username where the forms will be transferred.
