    Hello !

I've been trying to upload a video with my form that is here : http://form.jotformpro.com/form/20586734016958

This is what I get when I try to upload the video. Erreur 101 (net::ERR_CONNECTION_RESET)

I only have problem with the videos. I tried sending the form with only Word documents, and it was working.

The field of the video is named "Projet antérieur"

I tried to use the Dropbox integration explained here : http://www.jotform.com/help/77-Where-can-I-find-the-DropBox-integration, same thing...

I tried to create a form directly linked to dropbox : http://www.jotform.com/dropbox/

The form is there : http://form.jotformpro.com/form/20674583231957

But it is not working either (see screenshot)

I don't know what to do...

Please note that english is not my native tongue, sorry if what I write is not perfect...

Thank you for your help !!

    Hi,

I already check your form and I found out that the reason why you won't be able to upload a video cause you didn't put any extension that allow you to upload video which is wma, mpg, flv, avi, but don't worry I already fix that issue for you. Please try to upload some videos now and let know if that thing is working properly.

    Thank you for using JotForm!

    Hello,

Thank you for you quick response!!

I tried to upload a video with this form : http://form.jotformpro.com/form/20586734016958, but it is still not working.

In your extensions, you do not have mov. Is it possible to use mov ? The extensions I did allow at the beginning were mov and wmv. Can I use them ?

    Thank you again =)

Yes, you can add that also.

Instead of writing every extension you can just type "*" (remove the quotes) in the extension box and it will allow every file extension. For further information on this feature you may check this related post:

    http://www.jotform.com/help/29-Upload-Form-Allowed-File-Types

    Hope that helps :)

    Hello,

Thanks for your help. I do understand how works the extensions.

Even if I am doing what is written (choosing the extension or only "*" and fix the file size allowed), it is still not working...

It is working for you ?

    Hello !

Good news ! I tried to upload a video with my form and it did work with a mp4 of 5,6Mo. Maybe my others videos were too big...

Another question then... What maximum size would you recommend for a file to be sure that the maximum of people can use the form ?

    Thank you again !!

Please be informed that uploading the files on your form also relies on the internet connectivity. Intermittent connections may cause problems with uploading large files. Since you are subscribed into our professional package, you have an available storage space of 1TB. In addition to this, you can actually change the maximum file size for each upload. Kindly check on this relevant thread:
