    Hi Support,

1.)With the FREE account, how long do you store my form? Is it stored forever on Jotform???

2.) With the FREE account, the available space is 100MB, what does that means? Does it mean space to store form that I create? or does it means something else?  I only have 1 form created, but my customers fill it out to submit us information.  Does this available space of 100MB, have to do with notification email being sent out by Jotform?  I'm confused, please help.

With your free account, your form will be stored on our servers as long as is not deleted by the user (you) or by us for violating Terms of Use. The 100 MB is the storage space that you are allowed to consume for your form submissions and file storage. In addition to that, you can have up to 100 submissions on your free account and you can receive 10 payments through that form as well. However, if you reach that quota within a month, you will be notified through email if you wanted to upgrade. During that time, website visitors won't be able to see the form. Please take note that the number of submissions automatically resets on a monthly basis and for a detailed comparison of our packages, you may refer to this:

    Hope that helps :)
